Dr. Reeti Kulshrestha
Dr. Reeti Kulshrestha, is an Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, India in the Area of Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship & CSR. She is an Entrepreneurship and Sustainability faculty and researcher. She received her PhD in Social Entrepreneurship and holds a gold medal in her post-graduation. She is also a Psychometric Profiler from Thomas International. She is a Qualitative researcher, keen on narratives and lived experiences and has published several research articles, case studies and book chapters. Her research interest lies in identity research, social entrepreneurship, social enterprise sustainability, narrative research, gender studies, ethnicity studies, immigrant studies, social sustainability, and sustainable societies. She is reviewer for the Journal of Entrepreneurship, Asian Journal of Management Cases, Journal of Social Entrepreneurship and FIIB Business review. At Birla Institute of Management Technology, she is the Member Secretary, Yunus Social Business Centre, and Member Secretary, Sustainability and Climate Risk Committee. She is a part of the AACSB Accreditation team at her institution and also a part of few doctoral committee of PhD candidates at BIMTECH.
