Dr. Reeti Kulshrestha, a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship, is an Educator and Researcher at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, India. With her doctoral work on ‘Identity Work in Social Entrepreneurship’, and a gold medallist in her MBA, she specialized in Training and Development-DIP(TD) from Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). She is also a Thomas Licensee and Psychometric Profiler with various certifications and courses in sustainability and social psychology. A qualitative researcher, her area of interest lies in sustainability, entrepreneurship and narratives and lived experiences of individuals. Dr. Reeti has published a research book and several research articles in reputed journals and has many case studies and book chapters to her credit. She has recently published a research book as first author titled, ‘One Water One World A Social Phygital Revolution’ on SDG6. She is also the Assistant Editor of South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases (SAJBMC) and reviewer for many other reputed journals. She won the best research paper award in an international conference on the theme of ‘Social Innovation, Social Business and Sustainable Development’ hosted by IIT Roorkee, BHU, NABARD and VES, Mumbai in 2022. She is the Coordinator (CSR Research and Networks), at Centre for Sustainability and CSR, BIMTECH, and mentors and leads the UNPRME-Delhi NCR Hub. She is also a part of AACSB accreditation team as Standard Owner 9 for societal impact at BIMTECH.She is the Vice President of the International Sustainable Development Research Society ISDRS.
