New Charter Voting Results

The voting on the new Charter was held online via OpinionStage and adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting on 10 July 2025 (valid from 11 July 2025).

At the time of the vote, ISDRS had 227 valid members. According to the incumbent Charter, approval required at least 76 votes (2/3 of half the membership).

The results were:

  • 79 votes in favour

  • 0 votes against

  • 5 abstentions

We are pleased to confirm that the new Charter has passed. This enables us to move forward with the Charter (vision, mission, and principles) and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (day-to-day operational guide for executives, board directors, and members).

The Board warmly thanks all members who participated in this important vote, which strengthens how ISDRS is governed and operated.
