The third theme (with three topic groups) deals with biodiversity and ecosystem services, it discusses topics as defining ecosystem services, ways of measurement and multi-criteria valuation and management of ecosystems, both for terrestrial and marine ecosystems. It addresses the threats and its causes, solutions and best case examples. These topic groups specifically relate to SDG 14 and 15.
